The project for student housing and services at Villa Val di Rose consists of two interventions: the conservative restoration of the historic complex known as Villa Val di Rose and the construction of a new building on the adjacent vacant land, with services available to both resident and non-resident students.
The complex is divided into residential functions and multiple services (cultural, educational, recreational, support, administrative, parking, and technical facilities). The residential units—ranging from hotel-style rooms to mini-apartments and integrated mixed units—and services are distributed across both buildings to maintain a degree of autonomy between the historic core and the contemporary expansion.
